呢排我時常覺得好多野都掌握不了, i used to be pretty secure about lots of things, and lately, i just realized that everything is subject to change, nothing is lasting, nothing is going to be there forever, 我就覺得很徬惶，因為我從來都不太能適應改變的人。。。。

Chris 在團契的靈修分享，佢講出埃及記16:16-20，耶和華吩咐以色列人要按著人數收取嗎哪, 所收的不許留到早上，Chris 分享話其實神一直都有供給我們的需要，為何叫他們只拿一天的不要留在早上，就算是留了，也生蟲，也不可以吃。神要告訴我們，祂會供給，不要我們去擔心明天的食物，因為掌管一切的都是神，我們不能以靠自己的聰明，要依靠神。

其實，一切從來都不在我掌握之中，是我以前一直以為我可以預算，感謝神提醒我，世事是變幻無常，但神的慈愛和信實卻是永恆不變的。。。。

講就人人都識講話依靠神，Faith 卻不是人人有。。。。。

如果我真的know it in my heart and not just in my head, that my life is in God's hand, why would i fear?
