多謝你同我分享你聽的道，的確，我地成日覺得好驚，好難解決的問題，如果我們靠神去做的話，可能，三兩下，神就幫我們克服困難。。。

co-ed league playoff, 我6 點未夠就已經出門口，點知喺highway 1 塞左40 分鐘，lions gate bridge 要delay 3o mins, 去2nd narrow bridge 條龍又唔郁，係咪想玩死我？stuck in my car, feeling so helpless, almost cry.
is this another sign that i should move out?

打俾隊長，viv 的聲音很calm, she has a gift of comforting people. 經常panic的我，真的應該向vivi學習。

好彩有jetsy臨時頂替我，對不起，連累了你俾人話. 邊個話你，我幫你打佢！

第一個game真的很緊張，we were really close in winning the game, but.......unfortunately, we lost.
對FISH隊真的很悶，個女人又煩到死。。。。。。不過，我終於都set到球quick比Hocc，嘩，靚到丫，我係話Hocc打得好咋, 對面隊都嚇親，反應不過來。可以想像還沒受傷之前的他會有幾恐怖！

我又以為PYZ真的不會來，結果，讓我喜出望外。多謝你來睇波，知道你開會開了成個下午，已經好累，都仲千里迢迢o甘去richmond. 真人表演ivana上身，值回票價嗎？

請留意第一句，請問有沒有人可以話我知咩叫做自然人？

同tim+Tap+G 去了打邊爐，等左好耐好辛苦先等到位，值唔值得真係見人見智啦! 個湯底係幾好味，Ｄ野唔洗點醬料都夠味，（所以我明點解Ｄ人仲可以點豉油架）不過，Ｄ服務態度就真係麻麻。。。。。

雖然自己懶有節制咁話唔去玩wii, 想早點回家，結果，食飯都食到10點幾，番屋企都成１１點多。。。。

其實有點social phobia 的我，這幾個朋友可以算是我難得可以be myself 而又不擔心會無野講的。雖然同亞塔並不是很熟很熟的朋友，又很久都沒見沒聯絡，不過，我又不覺得生疏／陌生。。。大概中學認識的，唔多唔少都積累左感情，無咁容易變質挂！希望，過好幾年後都可以咁講，而不是..........

今天是頻撲的一天。

早上九點番學，又賴死唔起身，結果又遲到。。。improv: unusual meter, 對於我這個節奏感奇差的人實在係challenging. 唔知去非洲跟Ｄ黑人學鼓，會唔會可以有進步呢？
蘭西老師又有名句：Use dissatisfaction as your ally。。。。o下？咩話？
終於roll up the rim 有free coffee!!! 莫非，“幸運之神向我微笑？“（o夷,好熟喎，唔知邊個以前好鐘意講呢句野呢？）
最後一堂結他堂，好唔捨得，this is one of the few classes that I look forward going to every week.

上完課，再踩落SFU 見我個counselling volunteer. 嘩，大雨到呢。。。同埋SFU點解要咁大霧呢？好恐佈呀。。。

Bellagio's Gelato.....食3 scoops 都唔夠，仲要堅持堅持食多個waffle cone. 是否有點失控呢？

食飯一波三折，由本來的Henry's Kitchen, 變左星馬印，再變告羅士打。。。。。不過，話說回來，可以見到阿塔同阿Thew, 去邊度食都不重要。亞thew話，十年前我地先仲喺locker度傻下傻下，時間真係過得快。係呀，不過，我覺得我地都仲係傻下傻下喎!

亞哥仔，得５度都著短褲，係咪誤會左少少野？

又俾人話我食剩野，第日個老公會生豆皮，我真的要改改我眼闊肚窄的陋習。

我都記不起我上次入機鋪係幾時，今日去metro 找chrisy and Fishy, 很尷尬，Ｄ中學生心唸呢個ah Zim喺度做咩？不過我諗點都唔夠著住晒番工斯文look喺度打機打到好忘我的兩位美女尷尬掛！
不過，佢地玩得咁投入，睇嚟都係漠視旁人的詫異目光架啦＝）

最好運都算是今次啦，一抽就抽中雙子給你，好好珍惜啦。

無game的thursday, 不過依然有Esion........笑死我，Nike and Lululemon crossover 呢個idea都俾我地諗得出！原來大家“暗亞抵“都係artist嚟架喎(except me)，有版有眼的Logo, impressive^0^
多謝fishy n jetsy 為左我未來的幸福，捱義氣幫我搞掂我食剩的珍珠同埋奶茶, 感動＝）

或者我真的要學會say no, 其實我已經say no 左一次，但當另外一方再遊說我的時候，我總是不能堅持自己本身的意願，總是give in. 其實要我give in 真的很容易，只要讓我feel bad 就可以。
Assertiveness, something that i need to work on......

I am overwhelmed by all the things that I need to do in these short period of time. I know, it's only 2 weeks, i just need to tough it out, and i will be okay.

在auntie的家sleepover, 開車時聽了兩首歌就已經回到教會番主日學，很感動！不如真係搬出來啦......

serene 真的幫我買coffee, 感動再加上十個唔好意思......

一早被神的話語充滿的感覺真好，Miranda帶的民數記真的帶得很好，我以前自己讀這卷書時覺得好悶，其實是我沒有去心機去深究當中的message 嗟。

sunday school後，就像vivi話"再上路了"......
好傻，本來是不會遲到，我以為11:30 才開始sunday service, （經Elaine更正後，現在知道是11:20 的）所以去了washroom, 點知等了很久，結果，入去時，已開始唱詩，but I could still hear your guitar solo.

潘傳道講得很好，a very eloquent speaker, message well supported by bible verses.
她最後所問的一連串問題發人心省，如果你知道神這一刻看著你，與你同在的話，你會否做同樣的決定，講同樣的說話？當然，神是常與我們同在，只是我們經常選擇性地ignore Him.

it's a funny feeling when someone you first met said to you, "oh....u are so and so......" don't know how to respond.........

I guess i need more practice in aiming.=) but i am glad that at least this time it counts, haha!
2 cups of JJbeans in one day, 2 different places and time and people.
vietnamese noodle again, i just never get tired of it, do I?
不知何解，sheffy and fishy 的關係，很像yeung siu lai 和亞南, 是因為我們都停留在香港的中學時期嗎？

有些事我真的不知如何是好，我真的不懂處理，相信我，這不是藉口，我需要智慧，我更需要愛心。

呢排我時常覺得好多野都掌握不了, i used to be pretty secure about lots of things, and lately, i just realized that everything is subject to change, nothing is lasting, nothing is going to be there forever, 我就覺得很徬惶，因為我從來都不太能適應改變的人。。。。

Chris 在團契的靈修分享，佢講出埃及記16:16-20，耶和華吩咐以色列人要按著人數收取嗎哪, 所收的不許留到早上，Chris 分享話其實神一直都有供給我們的需要，為何叫他們只拿一天的不要留在早上，就算是留了，也生蟲，也不可以吃。神要告訴我們，祂會供給，不要我們去擔心明天的食物，因為掌管一切的都是神，我們不能以靠自己的聰明，要依靠神。

其實，一切從來都不在我掌握之中，是我以前一直以為我可以預算，感謝神提醒我，世事是變幻無常，但神的慈愛和信實卻是永恆不變的。。。。

講就人人都識講話依靠神，Faith 卻不是人人有。。。。。

如果我真的know it in my heart and not just in my head, that my life is in God's hand, why would i fear?

今天practicum, 蘭西老師來看，本來她是來看a bit of my first group, then go to another site, then come back to watch my one-to-one in the afternoon. However, this morning, I found out that my one-to-one was sick and not coming to school. so Nancy watched two of my groups in the morning. 雖然係我預期唔到的情況，但一切都在神的保守中, as ALWAYS..........多謝你為我禱告，同埋你對我的鼓勵！

因為沒有one-to-one in the afternoon, 就找fishy 吃Lunch, I do like tim hortons a lot, don't know why. my first iced cap of the year, 增磅的開始=(

同姑媽+auntie+uncle Ed +nick+chris 去了Henry's kitchen, 又幾好食喎！
好耐無同表弟Nathan 玩(其實都係3個禮拜無見，不過，佢又大個左啦!), 真係好得意呀佢！

琴晚成４點先訓，懶勤力咁做功課，叫做都幾productive……because I really cannot procrastinate anymore, there’s not much time to procrastinate.

12 點打電話，sms/mms 比我的朋友們, THANK YOU!

Throughout today, there were phone calls/voice message/sms/email to wish me a happy birthday, 我知我的生命真係被愛所包圍，I am really thankful that God has blessed me with a lot of caring souls in my life.

我以前的鋼琴老師留左voice msg比我，十個感動＋surprise, “every march 13, I do think about you, and I think this time I should call you.” Thanks Mrs. Barbour, you have touched my life in lots of ways.

多謝依花的書和卡，多謝你記得我曾經話想要一本靈修書可以guide me through reading the whole bible. 或者係神提醒我新年所立的志. (update of my bible reading: finished the book of Genesis.........-__-' supposedly, i should have finished reading it by the end of january............ er.......)

收到你的sms，至少讓我知道這天有一秒，the thought of me has crossed your mind...........i know, like what fishy likes to say, "paTHEtic"......

多謝細心同學陪我慶祝，music and lyrics was soooo hilarious, 我都好耐沒有試過睇戲笑到咁誇張，果個咁嘅性感女歌手九唔搭十係到唱steamy and sticky version of "Way back into Love" 真係笑到我呢，出左戲院都仲笑緊。。。。。

好曳，無番主日學，渣車去worship的時候，收到vivi的電話，問我去了那裡，番唔番教會，我真的有點感動，because there are people that care whether I go to church or not. 原來，都有人會發現我係存在既。。。。

lunch去了馬家莊，vela講左個ESL的笑話，之後，佢話叫我要寫底記得話番俾cindy聽，我的生活真的離不開呀魚。。。。

我本來以為魚羊真係唔來，真係好surprise you finally decided to come. Hocc 話你個好朋友來左，當時我真係有２秒的Panic, 因為我誤會左另一樣野， ﹣＿﹣'
其實，我地今天表現都唔錯，贏晒兩場！隊長vivi處變不驚，就算我set得好近網都打到；好感動，DSH終於都無第二傳就打落個網到，而且仲有幾球pass of the year and block of the year喎! kenny終於都歸隊，佢又施展佢的fake人功，又成功得分；仲有冷面彭彭，雖然他煞波並唔係話好大力，但勝在穩陣。。。。其實可能佢唔係甘串，只係個樣係甘，都不能怪他既＝）。。不能不提呀hocc, 有幾球真係"dub"釘甘，有蘇非亞支持又真係勁Ｄ喎

多謝大家俾面出席為小女子慶祝生日，多謝vivi的可愛soap dispenser, 還有，雙Ｊ的bluetooth (當我在complain about my weird handsfree, 你地就甘有心送bluetooth俾我，感動喎）還有，多謝肯大聲唱happy birthday 的朋友（勁喎，幾個人唱左十個key=) ) 同埋點少得細心同學千里迢迢又明知會比人勁串都來（蘇眉既野，真係有今生無來世。。。。）

好野，蘇非亞可以陪我sun run, 唔洗擔心，我不會跑跑下喊喎

vivi, 你是“B grade"中的第一個跑出，生命中總有些意想不到，幸好，這次是件值得高興的事

今朝晨咁早去教琴, 搞到Auntie 蓬頭垢面咁嚟開門俾我; 勁唔好意思添! 其實都係我衰, 改左教琴嘅時間. 不過無辦法, 因為團契之前要練歌嘛.

又嚟大溫一日遊:
西溫 -> 列治文 -> 西溫 -> Main 街 -> Knight 街(教會) -> 咖哩王 -> Main 街 -> 西溫
... 真係要諗下同Carmen 住先得!

JJ Beans 見魚羊, 好在佢記得要試French Press, 如果唔係我又唔記得喇! 提早收生日禮物, 打開個鞋盒的時候, 見到件西班牙Adidas track suit, 勁感動~ 我真係覺得無人會知我中意西班牙嘅足球隊囉(其實魚羊都唔知, 只不過剛剛好撞中 - 真係蘇眉同學啊!)! 仲有魚羊親手畫的生日卡, 大家睇下, 靚到(雖然個idea 係抄番嚟...)~

打開張卡, 只看到一半, 眼淚已不停在眼中打轉, 心諗: "真係唔好而家日光日白眾目睽睽之下喊喎, 樣衰爆喎!" 點知就喺依個時候, 魚羊就剛剛拎住件banana bread 番嚟! 真係有D 想搵窿"娟"! 拿, 唔好話我無為左你喊呀! 多謝你用心為我挑選的禮物& 精心自製的卡. 果然係: "對於朋友, 你的細心, 已足夠花去半數時間". **THANK YOU**

之後番左去教會練歌; 多謝魚羊今晚嚟我地團契客串做"司他" (真係第一次聽依個term; 其實真係好難聽囉... 好彩我係做司琴嘅嗟! 唔知點解"司琴" 好似好詩情畫意, 但係"司他" 就有"屍體" 的感覺. -_-"). 一齊練歌的時候, 打從心底覺得好開心, 內心有說不出的感動, 又有想喊的衝動. 可以同一個好熟的朋友一同事奉, 這種機會真的可一不可再. 好想好想留住當時的記憶和感覺, 以及那從心底發出的喜樂. 好想時間可以停頓下來 - um, 或者我真係應該聽你話, 彈慢D, 唔好咁趕, 咁時間咪唔會過得咁快囉? 雖然係第一次同你夾歌, 但係好似已經好合拍咁; 其實夾歌同夾波都係需要默契的.

其實我都唔係好知道今晚的program 究竟run 成點, 但我覺得已經唔重要, 因為能夠同你一齊事奉, 為此我已經很感謝神. 真的很喜歡純結他伴奏的"Here I am to Worship" (尤其是music break 的幾秒) & "There is None Like You" (終於可以正常地唱依首歌, 唔駛rap); 其實結他真係好聽架喎!

分組祈禱, 唯一一次隔嚟果位唔係Serene, 而係真嘅"Cindy". 終於可以講"為到身邊的Cindy 禱告..." 第一次喺你面前為你開聲禱告; 感動哩?

結論: 今日真係200,000 個開心啊!! Finally, 我嘅pre-birthday blues 給一掃而空. 話時話, 都唔知點解我喺生日之前, 情緒總會比較波動...

起身, 指定動作開電腦. 點知, 個畫面就一直停留喺蘋果咬一口果度. 心不禁一寒: 唔係呀fa, 又話Apple 唔會hang 機嘅?! 之後即刻打電話去Apple help line, 但我又唔係好明佢講乜, 最後淨係問左佢喺Vancouver 有邊度可以repair. 跟住我就去左Broadway 的"Simply Computing" - 我一向都覺得專門店嘅人會好串, 點知Service Dept 果個姐姐勁好人, 態度好好. 佢話要等到星期一先有technician 幫我部機diagnose, 如果係hardware 有問題的話就唔駛我俾錢整, 咁我都放心D. 不過如果真係要修理的話, 可能要等1-2 星期先可以拎番部機. 不懂得未雨綢繆的我, 一向都沒有back up files 的習慣, 所以而家乜都喺晒部電腦裡面, 乜都做唔到! x_x" 唉, 豬年真係not my year; 100,000 個愁.

今晚團契講"愛", D 就嚟結婚嘅團友就同大家分享相處之道. 超滴汗, 我覺得我完全唔係果個stage 囉! -_-"

登登登凳~~~ 今日裡面最令人振奮嘅一件事, 就係完左團契之後, D 團友話去Burnaby 生活小品食野. 跟住我就即刻打電話俾魚羊, 問佢一唔一齊去. 好開心好開心平時扭扭擰擰耍大牌的魚羊竟然一口答應! 當其他團友知道魚羊會去的時候, 都掀起一陣騷動, Simpson 仲特登打電話俾Vivi, 劈頭第一句就話, "大件事發生喇!", 連Serene 自己都話要番屋企set 番個頭先! 魚羊嚟到嘅時候, 我同Vera 特登出去護駕, 搞到真係好似經理人帶佢入嚟咁. 然後, 閃光燈開始閃過不停, Serene 逼於無奈咁話, "其實我地唔係動物園嘅動物, 我地係唔會食香蕉俾你地睇架!" 頂唔順魚羊扮怕醜囉, 搞到Serene 話睇起上嚟係我'hub' 佢多D! :p 果真血濃於水, 同姓3 分親, 第一次見面就已經幫住晒呢! Thanks for coming, you've definitely made everyone's day!

其實Serene 真係好好笑, 以為用書面語的句子("這個應該是熱的"), 就可以令講國語嘅waitress 聽得懂. And I won't forget the way she said "邊個? 邊個?". Funny gal. :)

又差點遲到。。。。you can never underestimate the power of prayer! and how God works in the perfect timing.

improv堂，surprisingly, it's a lot of fun. 好好彩，用左大部分seminar堂的時間，比我地talked/vent about how heavy our workload are. 排山倒海的功課，presentation, 再加上application for intership and other process works that we need to do, 我最唔開心係我無時間去really work on my guitar skills, and it's gonna be my last time where I have a private guitar lesson of 1 hour each week, and i hate to see myself not getting the most out of it.

my new favourite breakfast: raisin scones with butter!!! love it love it love it!!!

一早去了會見我個counselling volunteer, 去到先發覺原來無帶mic 去錄個 session! But it's okay, I would just have to use my brain to remember the essence of the session (yeah, good luck to that!) .
